Just add your favorite fruit of your choice, top them with Greek yoghurt and you’re ready to go. If you want to add a little bit of sweetness to your bowl, you can always drizzle some honey on top.

Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe:
2 Cups organic spinach
1 Cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut milk
Banana, Berry, Avocado Smoothie Bowl:
½ cup frozen mixed berries
2 TBSP organic vanilla yoghurt
½ cup organic almond milk
Blend it all together in a blender. Then top it with your favorite berries and other fruit. You can also add chia seeds or granola to it to give it some crunch.

Pour all of it into a mason jar, stir it till there’s no clumping then keep them in the fridge overnight.
