Our Favorite Smoothie Bowl Recipes

We’re always looking for the best healthy breakfast ideas and if they’re quick and easy to make, even better. So today we want to share with you some of our absolute favorite smoothie bowl recipes. Smoothie bowls are the perfect healthy meal and taste so good.

Tropical Coconut Smoothie Bowl

 Produce:

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 Cup frozen mango
  • 1 ½ Cups frozen pineapple

 Canned Goods:

  • ½ Cup coconut milk

 Condiments:

  • 2tbsp honey

 Nuts & Seeds:

¼ Cup coconut extract  

Add coconut milk, produce, coconut extract and honey in blender. Pour into bowl and top it with fruit of choice. We like adding fresh mangos, bananas, and dried coconut.   

Green Smoothie Bowl 

Produce:

  • 2 Cups spinach
  • 1 Cup frozen mangos
  • 1 Cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 Frozen banana

Milk:

½ Cup Almond milk or milk of choice

Add milk and frozen produce in blender. Pour it all into a bowl and top it with fresh kiwi’s, strawberries, bananas and blueberries.

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Produce:

  • ½ Cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Avocado

 Dairy:

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla or plain yoghurt

 Milk:

  • ½ Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

 

Add all of the ingredients in the blender (berries, avocado, milk, and yoghurt). Pour them into a bowl and top it with fresh strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, and granola.
