5 Easy and Fun Ways to Drink More Water
We did a recent poll on our Instagram stories asking our followers whether they drink enough water during the day, and the answers would surprise you. Even with the weather getting warmer the majority of our followers did not drink the recommended amount of water in a day, which is eight 8oz glasses of water a day. But we’re not here to harp on your water drinking, instead we want to share some fun and easy ways you can stay on track with your water intake.
- Infuse Your Water with Fresh Fruit
Add some exciting freshness to your cold water, by adding frozen fruit to your drink. Frozen diced watermelon cubes with sliced lime gives a refreshing yet delicious taste to a cold glass of water. Cucumber slices with lemon are also great way to infuse your drink.

Taking a water bottle everywhere you go will make it easy for you to keep track of your water intake. Yes, you heard me right. You can eat your water. There are an abundance of fresh fruit and veggies that are chock full of water which makes them super hydrating. Of course, this doesn’t replace a glass of water but can still be helpful with staying hydrated, plus you’ll get a ton of get to eat a ton of awesome vitamins while you’re at it. Great examples of water rich veggies and fruits are watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, peaches, oranges, and lettuce.
